Quality Control

We strive to provide the best products for our customers. We want every experience with the company to be a good one. Unless the company is running a special or a discount is mentioned and/or provided by the store, we do not offer discounts.

How does a custom order pay if it is not on the website?

For custom orders, please reach out to me, using the contact us form. Please allow 1-2 business days for a reply. I promise you that we will respond. For custom orders, because order size and payments have to be discussed, an invoice will be sent to you, using Square Invoices. You will be able to pay for your order straight from the invoice link.

What is your return policy?

Due to Covid-19, we do not accept returns or exchanges on products. Please reach out to ask questions about a product before purchasing, if you are unsure! We are happy to answer any questions.

What are the payment options?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as apple pay.

How do I know when my order has been shipped?

Every order will have a tracking number on it. If you are having an issue locating or tracking your package, please contact USPS/UPS. We are not responsible for packages once they leave the company's hands.
