What is your return policy?

Due to Covid-19, I do not accept returns or exchanges on products. Please reach out to ask questions about a product before purchasing, if you are unsure! I am happy to answer any questions.

What are the payment options?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as apple pay.

Quality Control

I strive to provide the best products for my customers. I want every experience with my store to be a good one. Unless my store is running a special, I do not offer discounts.

How does a custom order pay if it is not on the website?

For custom orders, please reach out to me, using the contact us form. Please allow 1-2 business days for a reply. I promise you that we will respond. For custom orders, because order size and payments have to be discussed, an invoice will be sent to you, using Square Invoices. You will be able to pay for your order straight from the invoice link.

How do I know when my order has been shipped?

Every order will have a tracking number on it. If you are having an issue locating or tracking your package, please contact USPS. I am not responsible for packages once they leave my hands.
