DUE TO POLICY FEE CHANGES MADE WITHIN THE COMPANY, THERE WILL BE A PROCESSING FEE ADDED TO ALL ORDERS. This processing fee has already been added into the cost of the item. 

REMINDERS: There is a 5-7 day processing time on all orders. This excludes certain holidays and Sundays. This also excludes the shipping time. The processing time will vary on custom orders. THERE IS A PROCESSING TIME AND A SEPARATE SHIPPING TIME. Please know that once an order is in hands of USPS, it is out of my control. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. Please contact USPS. If there is an issue, after contacting USPS, please contact me.

I charge a fee of $5.00 for deliveries more than 5 miles from my home. Orders over $100.00 are automatically insured. Any item sent by Priority shipping automatically comes with $50.00 of insurance. If there is an issue with your package, once it is shipped, please contact USPS. All orders are FINAL SALE. I do not accept returns or exchanges on products!!!

Custom Orders

For custom orders under $100, the order must be paid in full, at the time of ordering. Once the order is paid in full, there is a $40.00 cancellation fee. The remainder of the money will be returned back to you. For orders $100 and over, there is a mandatory 50% deposit due at the time of ordering. The last 50% is due by the date on the invoice. If the order is cancelled, there is no refund on the deposit. The down deposit covers the cost of the materials. This is non-negotiable. NO CUSTOM ORDERS WILL BE STARTED UNTIL THE INVOICE DEPOSIT IS PAID IN FULL!! NO ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED OR DELIVERED UNTIL THE ORDER IS PAID IN FULL!!! The date that you need the items by, not the date of the event, must be provided and the amount of products needed. Once the official date and number of products needed is solidified, it is up to the discretion of the owner if additional products can be added, due to time constraints. There will be an automatic $15.00 fee applied to any custom rush orders that have less than a 2 week turn around time. If the invoice is not paid within the allotted time, I will reach out to see if the product is still desired. If I receive no answer, your current invoice will be cancelled and when ready to order, a new invoice will be created.
